• About The Role: We are seeking a dedicated and talented backend engineer to join our Searchandizing team.

• You will be tasked with developing and maintaining the tools utilized by merchandisers of global e-commerce brands to enhance their product discovery experience.

• Your focus will be on delivering features for our Searchandizing dashboard, discovering innovative methods to improve its usability, and ultimately enriching the product discovery experience for shoppers around the globe.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in React and TypeScript.

• Strong background in Python and backend development.

• Comfortable managing the entire stack without placing blame on “the other side.”

• Capable of taking projects from the concept stage to live deployment.

• Collaborates effectively with PMs, Designers, and EMs without causing conflicts.

• Proactive, dependable, and result-oriented.

• Experience with testing, CI/CD, deployment, and production accountability.

• Excellent communicator and a strong team player.

• Remote work experience is advantageous. Pajamas are optional.
