Full-Stack Engineer, Enterprise Scale

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the stability and reliability of Scribe's core platform functionalities.

• Develop and deploy full stack features utilizing the Django backend and NextJS frontend.

• Partner with engineers and user advocates to enhance the overall platform experience.

• Create automated tests and promote testing best practices within the team.

• Operate across the technology stack, including PostgreSQL, Redis, and background processing with Celery.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of engineering experience.

• Proficient in both Django and relational database management.

• Experienced in working with React (NextJS / TypeScript).

• Strong proponent of automated testing methodologies.

• Proven experience in implementing engineering best practices.

• Preferred: familiarity with enterprise features such as SSO/SAML, SCIM provisioning, RBAC, or audit logs.

• Preferred: experience with Celery for managing and scheduling background tasks.

• Preferred: background in high-load systems.

• Preferred: experience in a startup environment.
