Full-Stack Engineer, Data & Intelligence

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Construct and enhance data pipelines along with data processing workflows.

• Organize, process, and evaluate extensive visual datasets.

• Create software for visual data analytics and associated intelligence applications.

• Develop scrapers and data collection tools as necessary.

• Assist in classification, detection, and other computer vision workflows from both a software and data perspective.

• Manage short-term experimental projects and quickly prototype innovative ideas.

• Contribute to vital technical initiatives within the Lancelot team.

• Collaborate effectively with fellow engineers and technical leadership.

• Travel every 2–4 weeks for architecture reviews and team events.

• Develop data-intensive software capabilities for intelligence, public safety, and national security applications.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related discipline, with an outstanding academic record from a prestigious university.

• Proficient programming skills in one or more programming languages, with the ability to code independently, including in the absence of AI assistance when necessary.

• Familiarity with contemporary AI-assisted development environments and autonomous coding tools such as Claude Code.

• A strong passion for data, data analytics, and data pipelines.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, along with a remarkable capacity for rapid learning.

• Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working without close daily supervision.

• A strong team player who communicates clearly and honestly.

• Proficient in the German language.

• Authorized to work full-time in Germany and willing to undergo the necessary security clearance and background checks.
