Full Stack Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of high-performance, SEO-optimized pages for customers.

• Establish technical direction and standards for the team.

• Mentor and guide junior engineers in their professional growth.

• Enhance desktop and mobile experiences through responsive design.

• Architect, implement, and continuously refine backend services and APIs.

• Address concerns related to scalability and reliability.

• Integrate frontend components with backend systems and third-party APIs.

• Provide infrastructure and APIs that support AI/ML functionalities.

• Write and optimize complex SQL queries for better performance.

• Contribute to data modeling and performance tuning of databases.

• Identify and resolve critical technical challenges.

• Engage in architectural discussions and mentor team members.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience with React and modern JavaScript frontend development.

• Next.js experience is a plus.

• Strong backend development capabilities.

• In-depth knowledge of a server-side framework, ideally Ruby on Rails, Django, Laravel, Express, etc.

• Proven experience collaborating with backend/service teams and integrating with existing APIs.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with non-technical stakeholders.

• All spoken and written communication for this role will be conducted in English.
