Full Stack Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Develop new functionalities within a full stack setting for the developer ecosystem

• Participate in technical planning and contribute to architectural decision-making

• Collaborate on the design of complex, scalable, well-tested, and thoroughly documented software

• Assume responsibility and ownership for various projects

• Engage in code reviews and foster cross-team collaboration with product managers and designers

• Create extensible, scalable, test-driven software independently or collaboratively

• Handle large data sets and utilize modern technologies, including GoLang, Ruby on Rails, React, and GraphQL

• Write production-level code that directly influences StackAdapt’s advertising platform

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 2 years of experience as a full stack developer, involved in the end-to-end development of customer-facing features

• In-depth understanding of API design and development (GraphQL or REST) and experience in building external web components & SDKs

• Proficiency with JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Redux, Typescript, Material UI)

• Familiarity with Ruby (RoR), JavaScript/Typescript, or Go

• Strong analytical skills in data structures, algorithms, and code optimization

• Experience with relational databases such as SQL and MySQL, as well as key-value stores
