This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Develop and expand full-stack features for mobile-web and desktop platforms utilizing React, TypeScript, Next.js (frontend) along with Node.js, GraphQL, and Postgres (backend).

• Convert clinician workflows and intricate lab data into user-friendly, consumer-level experiences — then implement them through efficient, secure APIs and data structures.

• Engage in all aspects of the stack: from user interface development to backend API architecture, schema modeling (Prisma), and infrastructure/debugging (AWS, CI/CD).

• Work collaboratively to establish shared UI and backend standards, enhance our component library, increase test coverage, and contribute to the evolution of our engineering culture.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in product engineering with a strong sense of ownership across the entire stack.

• Over 3 years of experience with React/Next.js; capable of creating clean, high-performance interfaces from Figma with attention to motion and UX details.

• Proficient in backend technologies: Node.js, GraphQL, Postgres, and comfortable working with Prisma or similar ORM tools.

• Pragmatic approach to technical debt and infrastructure — you are responsible for shipping, owning, and debugging your code in a production environment.

• Possess strong startup instincts: you prioritize speed, clarity, and thorough code reviews over cumbersome processes.
