Full Stack Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Work alongside Designers, Product Managers, and Software Engineers to develop and sustain the user experience, accessibility, and development viability of the website, applications, and related digital platforms.

• Create and maintain scalable backend systems utilizing Python.

• Design, construct, and optimize RESTful APIs to enable smooth communication between frontend and backend.

• Implement solid business logic while ensuring high performance and responsiveness of applications.

• Develop and refine user interfaces using React.js and/or Next.js when relevant.

• Collaborate with frontend developers, designers, and product teams to provide comprehensive solutions.

• Guarantee seamless integration between frontend and backend systems.

• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code adhering to best practices.

• Conduct debugging, testing, and performance enhancements for applications.

• Engage in code reviews and aid in elevating development standards.

• Resolve production issues while ensuring system reliability and scalability.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5–7 years of practical experience in Python development.

• Demonstrated experience in constructing web applications and APIs.

• Full-stack development experience is preferred.

• Must possess strong expertise in Python (e.g., Django, Flask, FastAPI).

• Working knowledge of React.js or Next.js is advantageous.

• Experience with RESTful API design and integration.

• Familiarity with databases (SQL/NoSQL such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).

• Proficiency with version control systems (e.g., Git).

• Understanding of performance optimization and debugging methods.

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

• Familiarity with Docker/containerization.

• Comprehension of CI/CD pipelines.

• Familiarity with testing frameworks (unit/integration testing).

• Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking.

• Capability to work in a cooperative, cross-functional team setting.

• Effective communication skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
