This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

• Develop and maintain comprehensive full-stack features across backend services and user-facing applications.

• Take ownership of features from design and implementation all the way through to production.

• Enhance system reliability, performance, and scalability.

• Engage in technical design discussions and contribute to architectural decisions.

• Work collaboratively with product and design teams to provide exceptional user experiences.

• Increase visibility into system health and performance metrics.

• Contribute to the improvement of internal engineering practices, tools, and documentation.

• Proven experience in building and deploying full-stack applications in a production environment.

• Strong foundational knowledge in backend development and system architecture.

• Expertise in JavaScript / TypeScript, including Node.js and contemporary frontend frameworks.

• Experience with database management (NoSQL experience is advantageous).

• Capability to take ownership of features from start to finish and work independently.

• Excellent communication skills, bridging technical and non-technical teams.
