Full Stack Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design and enhance mobile applications and data-driven solutions.

• Create full-stack functionalities utilizing Ruby on Rails APIs/services for the backend and Angular 20 for the frontend.

• Collaborate on various projects such as Recall, Conquest/PV, AI, Service Engine, and others as priorities evolve.

• Develop and sustain essential platform services that support Mobile, AI, and Data teams.

• Identify and resolve issues throughout the entire stack, tracing bugs from the UI to APIs and data layers.

• Establish technical direction as a senior contributor and offer architectural insights.

• Oversee development priorities, ensuring timely, budget-conscious, and high-quality product delivery.

• Guide engineers and participate in code reviews and testing standards.

• Convert business requirements into scalable technology solutions.

• Engage in cross-functional collaboration with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.

• Quickly acclimate to various product domains.

• Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and ongoing improvement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of professional experience in software engineering.

• Proficient, hands-on experience with Ruby on Rails.

• Strong hands-on expertise with Angular v17+, preferably Angular 20.

• Comfortable working across the full stack and in various product areas.

• Proven ability to take ownership of features from specification to production.

• Capable of functioning independently in ambiguous situations.

• Bonus: familiarity with fleet/scheduling systems, automotive SaaS, or B2B dealer-facing applications.

• Nice to have: experience with CI tools such as Semaphore or GitHub Actions.

• Nice to have: exposure to AI-assisted development workflows like Cursor or CodeRabbit.
