This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North America.
β’ Design, update, and maintain responsive websites and landing pages.
β’ Develop websites utilizing Elementor, WPBakery, Gutenberg, Divi, or comparable builders.
β’ Customize WordPress themes, child themes, templates, and plugins as needed.
β’ Execute website customizations using PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
β’ Set up and troubleshoot WooCommerce stores, including products, payment gateways, shipping tools, and integrations.
β’ Oversee website hosting, cPanel, WHM, databases, PHP settings, SSL certificates, DNS records, domains, email delivery issues, and server configurations.
β’ Conduct website migrations, backups, staging deployments, domain changes, and production launches.
β’ Resolve plugin conflicts, broken themes, hosting, database, DNS, SSL, website performance, and email delivery issues.
β’ Integrate websites with third-party platforms using plugins, APIs, webhooks, or technical documentation.
β’ Enhance websites for mobile responsiveness, browser compatibility, speed, security, accessibility, and basic SEO.
β’ Test website functionality prior to launch.
β’ Collaborate effectively with project managers, designers, content specialists, and developers.
β’ Adhere to internal workflows, documentation, QA checklists, and project deadlines.
β’ Address maintenance requests across various client websites.
β’ Minimum of 2 years of professional website development experience.
β’ Strong background with self-hosted WordPress websites.
β’ Proficient in Elementor and WPBakery.
β’ Working knowledge of PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.
β’ Experience in customizing themes, child themes, templates, and plugins.
β’ Familiarity with WooCommerce setup, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
β’ Experience managing cPanel, Liquid Web, or similar hosting dashboards.
β’ Solid understanding of domains, DNS records, SSL certificates, databases, PHP versions, email records, and server settings.
β’ Proficient in website migrations, backups, staging environments, and deployment workflows.
β’ Knowledge of payment, shipping, CRM, inventory, tax, or basic email marketing integrations.
β’ Ability to troubleshoot website errors, plugin conflicts, broken layouts, performance issues, and hosting-related problems.
β’ Understanding of responsive design and cross-browser testing.
β’ Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately follow designs and instructions.
β’ Capable of managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines in a remote work environment.
β’ Ability to work independently, identify obstacles, and ask pertinent technical questions.
β’ Experience with Shopify or Wix is advantageous.

β’ Monday through Friday schedule
β’ Availability required between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM Eastern Time
β’ Compensation based on experience, technical skills, and qualifications
