Full Stack Developer, TypeScript, Go

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Development of contemporary logistics software: You will create features for our AI-driven warehouse and fulfillment platform — from receiving goods through picking to shipping. You will convert real operational processes into scalable software solutions.

• Full Stack Engineering utilizing TypeScript & Go: You will build high-performance backend services in Go and modern frontends and integrations in TypeScript. You will work across the entire stack and independently deliver features to production.

• Understand and digitalize processes: You will work closely with customers and operations teams, analyze existing warehouse and fulfillment workflows, and design practical solutions for genuine operational challenges.

• AI-driven product development: You will leverage modern AI tools such as Claude, Cursor, or similar systems to accelerate development, validate prototypes, and directly implement product ideas.

• Ownership over responsibilities: You will not just complete tasks; you will think in terms of problems, processes, and outcomes. From the initial concept to production rollout, you will take ownership.

• Rapid iteration & continuous enhancement: We operate with short feedback loops, addressing real user issues at a fast pace. Decisions are validated by usage and impact — rather than prolonged meetings.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong expertise in TypeScript and/or Go

• Experience in developing modern web applications and APIs

• Understanding of scalable software architectures and clean coding practices

• Familiarity with logistics processes such as warehouse management, fulfillment, shipping, inventory control, or supply chain

• Ability to analyze operational workflows and translate them into software

• Interest in AI-assisted software development and contemporary developer workflows

• Self-motivated working style and high standards for quality

• Product-oriented mindset rather than mere task execution

• Drive to deliver practical, swift, production-ready solutions

• Proficient in German or English, both written and spoken.
