Full Stack Developer, ReactJS, C# .NET

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Louisiana.

📋 Description

• Develop new features from inception using clean, scalable coding practices.

• Design, implement, and test business systems to fulfill requirements.

• Collaborate with fellow developers in cross-functional teams to create SaaS applications.

• Construct and integrate ReactJS frontend single-page applications with C# backend through REST API.

• Develop new backend endpoints to be accessed via the REST API.

• Deliver code within project timelines and sprint cycles.

• Engage in various stages of the software development life cycle.

• Work alongside development leadership to define the scope and direction of new features.

• Participate in bi-weekly sprints, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and stand-up meetings.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of software development experience focused on client-side development of single-page applications using ReactJS through a REST API.

• More than 4 years of experience in backend development utilizing C# .NET.

• Proficient in using async/await for building asynchronous backend calls.

• Familiarity with backend design patterns, including MediatR with CQRS and repository patterns.

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science.

• Skilled in modern JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

• Capable of analyzing, diagnosing, and resolving complex issues.

• Ability to work independently within small teams with minimal supervision.

• Strong organizational, decision-making, verbal, and written communication abilities.

• Comfortable using version control systems such as Git.

• Positive attitude and enthusiasm for collaboration and engagement.

• Willingness to travel less than 25% of the time.

• Experience with ReactNative mobile development, UI/UX design, Microsoft Azure/cloud services, and document management/OCR/accounting/automated workflow software is a plus.
