Full-Stack Developer – Python/Java/React

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.

📋 Description

• Develop, enhance, and sustain core functionalities throughout the entire stack;

• Create and improve both the primary application of the company and internal Admin Interfaces;

• Execute high-quality UI/UX implementations;

• Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Designers;

• Work in tandem with an additional developer and the QA team;

• Design and oversee critical, sensitive, and secure back-end logic and infrastructure;

• Assume responsibility for maintaining and updating the company’s marketing website;

• Utilize AI tools effectively to expedite the development process.

⛳️ Requirements

• 8+ years of demonstrated experience as a Full-Stack Developer;

• Extensive and substantial experience with **React** (experience with Next.js is advantageous);

• Significant hands-on expertise with both **Python** and **Java**;

• **Fluent English (B2 or higher),** in both written and spoken forms;

• Proven capability to produce pixel-perfect user interfaces;

• Practical experience in maintaining and customizing WordPress;

• Excellent team player with a solid history of effective collaboration with other developers, QA engineers, and product stakeholders;

• A growth mindset with the ability to quickly adapt.
