Full-Stack Developer – Python/Java/React

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Develop, enhance, and sustain essential features throughout the full stack;

• Create and optimize both the primary application of the company and internal Admin Interfaces;

• Execute high-fidelity UI/UX designs;

• Work closely with Product Managers and Designers;

• Collaborate intensively with another developer and the QA team;

• Design and uphold significant, sensitive, and secure back-end logic;

• Take charge of maintaining and updating the company’s marketing website;

• Effectively utilize AI tools.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of demonstrated experience as a Full-Stack Developer;

• Extensive and significant experience with React (experience with Next.js is advantageous);

• Considerable hands-on proficiency with Python and Java;

• Proficiency in English (B2 or higher), both written and spoken;

• Proven capability to deliver pixel-perfect UI with a keen attention to detail;

• Practical experience in maintaining and customizing WordPress;

• Excellent team player with a solid history of effective collaboration with other developers, QA engineers, and product stakeholders;

• Growth-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt swiftly, deliver results efficiently, and harness AI-powered tools to enhance productivity.
