Full-Stack Developer, Python/Java/React

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Develop, enhance, and manage essential features throughout the entire stack;

• Create and improve both the primary application of the company and internal Admin Interfaces;

• Execute high-quality UI/UX implementations;

• Work in close collaboration with Product Managers and Designers;

• Partner effectively with an additional developer and the QA team;

• Design and oversee crucial, sensitive, and secure back-end logic;

• Assume responsibility for the upkeep and updates of the company’s marketing website;

• Utilize AI tools efficiently to expedite the development process.

⛳️ Requirements

• 8+ years of demonstrated experience as a Full-Stack Developer;

• In-depth and substantial experience with React (familiarity with Next.js is advantageous);

• Extensive, hands-on experience with Python and Java;

• Proficient in English (B2 or above), both written and spoken;

• Proven ability to produce pixel-perfect UI with a keen attention to detail;

• Practical experience in maintaining and customizing WordPress;

• Excellent team player with a solid history of effectively collaborating with other developers, QA engineers, and product stakeholders;

• A growth mindset with the capacity to adapt swiftly, deliver results efficiently, and utilize AI-powered tools to enhance productivity.
