Full-Stack Developer – Python/Java/React

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

📋 Description

• Construct, enhance, and sustain essential features throughout the entire stack;

• Create and improve both the primary application of the company and internal Admin Interfaces;

• Execute high-fidelity UI/UX designs;

• Work closely with Product Managers and Designers;

• Collaborate with an additional developer and the QA team;

• Design and uphold substantial back-end logic and infrastructure;

• Assume responsibility for maintaining and updating the company’s marketing website;

• Effectively utilize AI tools to speed up the development process and enhance delivery efficiency.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of demonstrated experience as a Full-Stack Developer;

• Extensive and significant experience with React (experience with Next.js is advantageous);

• Hands-on experience with Python and Java;

• Proficiency in English (B2 level or above), both written and verbal;

• Proven capability to deliver pixel-perfect UI;

• Practical experience in maintaining and customizing WordPress;

• Excellent team player with a history of achievement;

• Growth-oriented mindset with the ability to quickly adapt.
