Full Stack Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and manage scalable backend systems utilizing Python and Django.

• Create secure, high-performance APIs using Django REST Framework.

• Collaborate with engineering and analytics teams to incorporate AI/ML models and provide actionable insights.

• Ensure data security, compliance, and integrity across all systems and integrations.

• Work alongside the Analytics Engineer to enhance data pipelines and processing workflows.

• Develop and improve responsive, user-friendly dashboards and web applications.

• Create frontend components using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React.

• Convert UI/UX designs into clean, functional, and engaging user experiences.

• Maintain consistency across frontend applications by utilizing established design systems.

• Collaborate with RESTful and JSON-based APIs to facilitate seamless data transfer across platforms.

• Assist with deployment, maintenance, and management of cloud-based application environments, preferably on Azure.

• Help with integrations involving third-party platforms, including HubSpot.

• Engage closely with business stakeholders, engineers, AI teams, and product collaborators to gather and implement requirements.

• Provide technical insights that enhance product capabilities and influence roadmap decisions.

• Take part in Agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning, code reviews, and task tracking via Azure Boards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum of 3 years of full-stack development experience, with a strong focus on backend.

• Extensive experience with Python and Django / Django REST Framework.

• Proficient in React, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

• Experience with MySQL and PostgreSQL databases.

• Demonstrated ability to design and maintain secure, scalable APIs.

• Experience with REST APIs and integrating third-party systems.

• Practical experience with Azure services, including Azure App Service, Azure SQL, and Azure DevOps.

• Familiarity with Git, Azure Repos, and contemporary DevOps practices.

• Strong understanding of application security, data governance, and system reliability.

• At least 2 years of hands-on AI/ML experience in production settings.

• Experience incorporating machine learning models into applications and dashboards.

• Knowledge of model deployment, performance optimization, and AI integration workflows.

• Proficient in English communication skills.

• Willingness to work adjusted U.S. hours for team collaboration.
