This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Develop and sustain the AI Workforce Pro platform.
• Create new features, resolve issues, and ensure the stability of the AI Workforce Pro platform.
• Safely integrate updates from the upstream open-source fork without disrupting existing functionality.
• Partner with the Technology team to assess new UI/UX strategies as the AI landscape progresses.
• Finalize the cleanup and stabilization of the AI XDR product in preparation for its launch.
• Guarantee that code quality, documentation, and deployment pipelines align with launch standards.
• Construct and maintain internal tools and automations that assist SMB Team operations.
• Collaborate with other teams to outline, design, and deliver technology solutions for internal requirements and external client-facing products.
• Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code while engaging in peer code reviews.
• Contribute to engineering documentation, technical runbooks, and shared development standards.
• Proactively identify and address technical debt, scope risks, and blockers.
• Oversee the development and maintenance of the CI/CD pipeline, including the establishment of preproduction environments.
• Work closely with the Director of Technology Operations on sprint planning and project prioritization.
• Highlight technical constraints early in the product development process to guide product decisions.
• Enable leadership to concentrate on product management and product owner responsibilities by executing engineering tasks reliably and independently.
• Over 6 years of experience as a full stack developer, with a demonstrated ability to deliver production-grade web applications.
• Must provide tangible evidence of work (GitHub, live products, or equivalent).
• Ability to work independently and proactively without needing constant supervision in day-to-day tasks.
• Must be knowledgeable about the AI tooling landscape, especially as it pertains to developing AI-driven products and workflows.
• Willingness to operate within the systems, processes, and shared engineering standards of the SMB Team.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; capable of collaborating with both technical and non-technical colleagues.
• Proficient in modern web technologies — JavaScript/TypeScript (React, Node.js), RESTful APIs, cloud deployment (AWS, GCP, or Azure), GraphQL, and serverless environments.
• Experience with AI/ML APIs or AI-powered product integrations (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) is highly desirable.
• Ability to thrive independently in a fast-paced environment; comfortable with ambiguity and iterative product development.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving abilities; skilled at diagnosing and resolving issues across the entire stack.
• Familiarity with version control (Git) and branching strategies, including working with forked open-source repositories.
• Experience with the SMB Team’s technology stack is a plus: HubSpot, Asana, PandaDoc, Slack, Google Workspace.
