Full Stack Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Independently pick up and work on cards

• Take ownership of product features from start to finish, covering technical design, implementation, automated testing, deployment, and production operations

• Establish and uphold the team’s code quality standards through architectural decisions, design patterns, code review protocols, and security-by-default practices

• Develop and continually enhance the agentic engineering framework, which includes automated test generation, AI-assisted code review workflows, prompt engineering standards, and agentic runbooks

• Mentor and guide engineers through pairing, code reviews, and constructive feedback

• Actively collaborate with product managers regarding feature direction and engineering considerations

• Work in partnership with QA to enhance processes

• Contribute to discussions on Slack's architecture and design

• Deliver features for the Traverse product and collaboratively build the agentic engineering framework

• Transition from shadowing on-call duties to managing on-call responsibilities independently

⛳️ Requirements

• Comprehensive full-stack skills encompassing front end, back end, databases, and CI/CD

• Demonstrated history of impactful AI-assisted development on a daily basis using agentic tools like Cursor, Claude Code, or GitHub Copilot

• Strong end-to-end proficiency in C# (.NET) for backend development and frontend JavaScript frameworks

• Commitment to test-first development, clean coding practices, code quality, and consistent conventions

• Robust database design and management skills with direct experience in PostgreSQL

• Ability to contribute significantly to architectural and system design discussions

• Proven experience as a tech lead, reviewing peers’ work, guiding engineering direction, and mentoring the team

• Exhibit proactive leadership, curiosity, hands-on problem-solving skills, cross-functional collaboration, strong written communication, and a high level of autonomy

• Proficiency in navigating various languages and frameworks with ease

• Experience with Ruby on Rails or AWS is advantageous

• Familiarity with React/TypeScript and PostgreSQL is a strong plus

• Availability for engagement of 1 year or longer

• Must be available for EST working hours, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
