Full Stack Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Turkey.

📋 Description

• Overseeing the entire software development lifecycle from initial concept through to delivery.

• Taking charge of all development activities and ensuring complete quality control of services.

• Managing risks, actions, issues, and dependencies related to the architecture.

• Empowering business units by providing a quickly deliverable solution architecture.

• Recognizing the team’s strengths and engaging as needed to foster best practices and learning opportunities.

• Taking ownership of the High-Level Architecture, ensuring it is well documented and accessible.

• Participating in meetings with colleagues and other departments to adhere to tight deadlines.

• Keeping abreast of new technologies and instructing fellow developers on how to utilize recent trends.

• Leading and guiding the design of the infrastructure.

• Ensuring the quality of project deliverables aligns with established requirements.

• Building internal confidence and driving team success through strong technical skills and knowledge.

• Mentoring developers to share your expertise while helping them advance into more senior roles.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B / B2C Digital Commerce.

• Proven experience in the installation, design, and implementation of Digital Commerce Systems.

• Familiarity with onshore/offshore specification/documentation styles, as well as agile and hybrid implementation methodologies.

• Proficient in JavaScript development and enhancement, including customization of Micro-Service driven architecture based on Node.js.

• Experience with search engines, message queues, and in-memory caching solutions.

• Knowledge of REST APIs (preferably Stateless) and the ability to expose data repositories via APIs on Magento.

• Experience with headless/abstract architectures concerning back-end and front-end communication.

• Background in 'web-speed' development (weekly releases) and adept at managing teams/projects under tight deadlines and short release cycles.

• Experience working with open-source technologies such as React and Node.js.

• Collaborative experience with both front-end (React) and back-end (Node.js) teams/technologies.

• Proven ability to implement tools, processes, internal instrumentation, methodologies, and to resolve blockages.

• Understanding of what Omni-Channel Commerce entails.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills suitable for all organizational levels.

• Strong prioritization and time management abilities.
