Full-Stack Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Create and execute hierarchies of AI agents using frameworks like CrewAI, AutoGen, LangGraph, or a tailored architecture.

• Set up a detailed authorization matrix by country, allowing for autonomy control per capability.

• Establish intelligent escalation logic across layers, ensuring full context transfer.

• Design and implement an embeddings system featuring a chunking strategy and optimized indexing.

• Enable cross-lingual retrieval, providing responses in various languages.

• Develop a continuous update pipeline as new data becomes available.

• Configure integrations with WhatsApp Business API, Discord (bot), Telegram (bot), LiveChat (widget), email, and in-app chat.

• Implement a unified cross-channel conversation history for each user.

• Guarantee human-like interactions through configurable delays, typing indicators, and natural language processing.

• Integrate with internal APIs to perform automated actions such as refunds, account management, and diagnostics.

• Ensure seamless escalation to human agents without any loss of context.

• Develop AI support tools for human agents during N2 support.

• Create a centralized dashboard featuring live conversations, agent metrics, queue management, KB editor, and SLA monitoring.

• Implement an N2 workstation equipped with all necessary tools for human agents.

• Establish an audit log and analytics system aimed at continuous improvement.

• Deploy and manage applications on cloud servers such as OVH, Digital Ocean, and Linode.

• Containerize applications using Docker/Kubernetes for 24/7 high availability.

• Monitor system performance and optimize for rapid response times during high load conditions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience with multi-agent AI systems, including CrewAI, AutoGen, LangGraph, or similar custom solutions.

• Over 2 years of experience working with RAG/embeddings at scale, including chunking, indexing, and retrieval.

• More than 2 years of experience with various LLM APIs, such as Claude API, OpenAI API, Grok API, DeepSeek API, Kimi API, and Gemini API.

• Proficiency in sentiment analysis and natural language processing.

• Over 2 years of experience with MCP servers (Model Context Protocol).

• More than 3 years of back-end development experience using TypeScript/Node.js (NestJS).

• More than 3 years of front-end development experience in TypeScript (React, Next.js) focused on dashboard creation.

• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and WebSockets for real-time communication.

• Knowledge of relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL solutions (MongoDB, Redis).

• Experience with WhatsApp Business API or similar solutions like Twilio.

• Background in developing bots for Discord and/or Telegram.

• Understanding of human-in-the-loop design principles for AI systems.

• Practical experience with Docker and Kubernetes.

• Familiarity with Linux servers and deploying applications into production environments.

• Awareness of best practices in version control (Git) and web application security.

• Experience with real-time dashboards and monitoring solutions.
