Full Stack Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and sustain functionalities throughout the entire stack, encompassing server-side backend logic to React front-end interfaces.

• Assume full responsibility for issues from start to finish: define the work, make informed technical decisions, and deliver with minimal guidance.

• Collaborate directly with client stakeholders to gather requirements and convert them into functional software.

• Shift between frontend, backend, and data-related tasks as the project necessitates.

• Leverage AI coding tools for prototyping, refactoring, testing, and deployment.

• Clearly articulate progress, trade-offs, and obstacles to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Utilize practical judgment when dealing with legacy code, new developments, and everything in between.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience as a full stack developer with practical server-side coding experience; language agnostic.

• Strong proficiency in building applications with React on the frontend.

• Significant and demonstrated experience utilizing AI development tools like Cursor or Claude Code during the actual development process.

• A self-motivated mindset with the capability to proactively identify issues.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage directly with clients and non-technical stakeholders.

• Comfortable working across various languages, frameworks, and tools.

• Proven ability to quickly adapt to new stacks and technologies across diverse projects or roles.

• Experience with PHP, Angular/Vue or similar frontend frameworks, solution architecture, SQL/database work, business intelligence, e-commerce development, AWS/Azure exposure, and the ability to wear multiple technical hats are considered as bonus points, not mandatory requirements.
