Full Stack Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia, +2 more countries.

📋 Description

• Create and develop backend services utilizing Node.js and NestJS.

• Construct and sustain modern web applications with React.

• Design and execute secure REST APIs and integrate third-party services.

• Develop workflows, business processes, and implement state-machine-based solutions.

• Enforce authentication and authorization protocols using OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, JWT, and Microsoft Entra ID.

• Design and enhance PostgreSQL databases.

• Create file ingestion and processing functionalities for Excel/CSV data.

• Implement best practices for security, observability, auditing, and logging.

• Containerize applications using Docker/Podman.

• Engage in technical design, development, troubleshooting, testing, and continuous enhancement.

• Collaborate with diverse teams in an Agile setting.

• Convert business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable technical solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields.

• Over 3 years of experience in developing web applications as a Fullstack Developer.

• Proficient experience with Node.js and NestJS.

• Background in developing modern frontend applications using React.

• Familiarity with designing and utilizing REST APIs.

• Understanding of OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, JWT, and various authentication mechanisms.

• Experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory) is highly regarded.

• Proficient in working with PostgreSQL.

• Experience with Docker and containerized environments.

• Knowledge of Cloud deployment concepts.

• Experience in Agile methodologies such as Scrum.

• Upper-Intermediate English proficiency or higher.
