Full Stack Developer

📋 Description

• We are seeking Software Engineers (mid and Senior level) to enhance our team as we develop high-performance software applications for the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS).

• You will be directly involved in our recently awarded contract for the USCIS Resources for InnoVation and Enterprise Readiness (RIVER) Benefits portfolio.

• Your role will be crucial in assisting USCIS to streamline immigration processes, enhance customer service, and uphold the integrity of the immigration system through advanced software solutions.

• We adopt an Agile methodology focusing on automation, continuous integration, and continuous delivery.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive hands-on software engineering experience with modern programming languages, frameworks, and cloud-native technologies, demonstrating the ability to swiftly adapt to changing technology stacks and mission requirements.

• Proven experience in modernizing and integrating complex legacy systems through the design, development, and implementation of scalable APIs, middleware, cloud-native services, and contemporary software architectures in dynamic enterprise environments.

• Demonstrated proficiency in continuous delivery and continuous integration practices, along with test-driven development and automated testing methodologies.

• Outstanding communication skills and a strong willingness to collaborate in a ‘badgeless’ team environment comprising Government clients, other Contractors, and Stakeholders.

• A strong enthusiasm for teamwork and a commitment to acquiring new skills.

• US Citizenship is mandatory due to Government client requirements.

• A B.S. in Computer Science or a related field is highly preferred.
