Full-Stack Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Contributors will be responsible for designing and executing multi-file coding assignments that include bug fixing, feature development, refactoring, and testing.

• Create clear specifications in natural language along with reference implementations.

• Develop and enhance unit and integration test suites.

• Evaluate peer-generated tasks for accuracy, clarity, and feasibility.

• Detect edge cases, ambiguities, and possible failure scenarios.

• Ensure consistency between specifications, code, and anticipated outputs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in written English at a professional level.

• 3–7 years of experience in professional software engineering.

• Strong expertise in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript; familiarity with Java, C#, or Go is preferred.

• Experience in backend or full-stack development within production environments.

• Proficiency with testing frameworks such as pytest, Jest, JUnit, xUnit, or Go testing.

• Demonstrated capability to debug and navigate extensive, multi-file codebases.

• Experience in conducting code reviews, refactoring, and managing production migrations.
