Full Stack Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.

📋 Description

• Develop and sustain comprehensive web applications utilizing Python-based backend technologies alongside React-based frontend interfaces.

• Design and execute clean, dependable, and scalable REST APIs.

• Create contemporary dashboards, administrative panels, analytical views, reporting interfaces, and workflow-driven user experiences.

• Handle structured and unstructured data from various internal and external sources.

• Implement backend logic, frontend components, database interactions, and API integrations.

• Facilitate authentication, authorization, role-based access control, and secure session management.

• Collaborate with backend, frontend, security, and product stakeholders to convert requirements into production-ready features.

• Enhance application performance across backend queries, API responses, and frontend rendering.

• Contribute to a clean architecture, reusable components, and maintainable codebases.

• Engage in code reviews, testing, debugging, deployment preparation, and technical documentation.

• Assist in automation features, scheduled tasks, reporting workflows, and notification mechanisms as needed.

• Operate in a confidentiality-sensitive environment where product information, technical designs, and internal processes must be managed responsibly.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong expertise in **Python**.

• Experience with **Flask**, **FastAPI**, or **Django**.

• Proficient in **JavaScript** or **TypeScript**.

• Strong experience with **React**.

• Skilled in designing, building, and consuming REST APIs.

• Familiarity with relational databases, preferably **PostgreSQL**.

• Good grasp of authentication, authorization, JWT, RBAC, and secure application design principles.

• Experience with Git, Docker, and Linux-based development environments.

• Ability to produce clean, modular, maintainable, and well-documented code.

• Capacity to work on intricate technical products with evolving requirements.

• Strong debugging and problem-solving abilities.

• Capability to take ownership of features from design through to delivery.

• Experience with Redis, Celery, background workers, scheduled jobs, or asynchronous processing.

• Experience with data-intensive dashboards, advanced tables, filters, charts, and reporting interfaces.

• Familiarity with SQLAlchemy or similar ORM frameworks.

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.

• Knowledge of secure software development practices.

• Background in enterprise software, monitoring systems, analytics platforms, or operational decision-support tools.
