Full Stack Developer, AI Integration

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Develop and execute full-stack functionalities on the internal Black Net platform utilizing Angular, Node.js, and MongoDB.

• Advocate for AI-enhanced development practices within the team.

• Establish, configure, and oversee AI coding tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, and Cursor.

• Work alongside the Product Owner to convert requirements and user stories into functional software solutions.

• Contribute to architectural decisions as Black Net evolves to incorporate ERP integration and procurement workflows.

• Embed AI coding agents and automation into Black Net's operational processes.

• Engage in code reviews emphasizing quality, maintainability, and scalability.

• Enhance best practices and team agreements.

• Conduct occasional sessions to share knowledge on AI coding tools.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of direct experience in full stack web development.

• Strong proficiency in TypeScript.

• Experience with a contemporary frontend framework; while Angular is preferred, strong candidates with React or Vue will also be considered.

• Backend development experience with Node.js and REST API design.

• Practical experience with either a document or relational database; knowledge of MongoDB is essential.

• Regular daily use of at least one AI coding assistant such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Codeium, or similar tools.

• Capability to clearly communicate AI tooling and development concepts to colleagues with diverse technical backgrounds.

• Ability to thrive in a small team environment without extensive support structures.

• Experience in B2B settings, enterprise applications, internal tools, or ERP/HR system integrations is advantageous.

• Familiarity with LLM APIs, prompt engineering, agentic AI frameworks, or background job orchestration is a plus.

• Knowledge of Docker containerization and CI/CD pipelines, such as GitHub Actions, is beneficial.
