Full-stack Developer – AI-assisted Development

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Develop, enhance, and maintain front-end applications utilizing Next.js

• Create and uphold NestJS-based APIs and microservices

• Manage Prisma migration processes

• Deploy and oversee infrastructure on AWS and Google Cloud Platform

• Implement and sustain multi-tenant architectures

• Utilize Claude Code as the primary AI-assisted coding tool

• Employ Cursor as a secondary AI IDE

• Manage and configure sub-agents within Claude Code

• Write code that meets SonarCloud quality standards

• Enhance application performance for millions of simultaneous users

• Collaborate effectively with designers, product managers, and QA teams

• Contribute to the Marcia Enabled ecosystem

⛳️ Requirements

• AI-Assisted Development (Essential): Demonstrated daily experience using Claude Code (or a similar agentic coding tool)

• Claude Code & Sub-Agents: Practical experience in configuring and utilizing sub-agents

• Cursor / AI IDE: Proficient in using Cursor as a secondary tool for code exploration

• Strong expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript and Next.js

• In-depth knowledge of NestJS for backend API development

• Proven track record of building and optimizing applications for millions of users

• Experience in identifying and minimizing unnecessary cloud expenses

• Proficient in AWS services and Google Cloud Platform

• Familiarity with multi-tenant front-end and back-end architectures

• Experience with Redis/ElastiCache for caching and session management

• Knowledge of pnpm monorepo structure

• Compliance with SonarCloud standards

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines

• Comfortable working in remote development environments

• Experience with real-time features such as Socket.io, Redis, BullMQ

• Adherence to security best practices
