Full Stack Application Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise-level applications utilizing Java and PHP.

• Create scalable web applications and RESTful APIs.

• Work collaboratively with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to convert business requirements into technical solutions.

• Improve existing applications by incorporating new features and enhancing performance.

• Diagnose, debug, and resolve issues in production environments.

• Engage in code reviews and advocate for development best practices.

• Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database schemas.

• Establish integrations with third-party applications and enterprise systems.

• Support CI/CD pipelines and facilitate automated deployment processes.

• Create and maintain technical documentation for applications and APIs.

• Take part in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily standups, reviews, and retrospectives.

• Ensure applications adhere to security, scalability, and performance best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of professional software development experience.

• Extensive hands-on experience in developing applications with Java.

• Strong background in developing web applications using PHP.

• Proficient in building RESTful APIs and web services.

• Familiarity with object-oriented programming principles and software design patterns.

• Solid understanding of relational database design and SQL.

• Experience with Git for source control.

• Understanding of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Preferred experience with Spring Boot or the Spring Framework.

• Preferred familiarity with Laravel, Symfony, or other modern PHP frameworks.

• Preferred experience with JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.

• Preferred experience with Docker and containerized deployments.

• Preferred familiarity with cloud platforms, including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.

• Preferred experience with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or GitLab CI.

• Knowledge of microservices architecture is preferred.

• Preferred experience with automated testing frameworks.
