Full-stack AI Developer Intern

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Complete the onboarding process while becoming acquainted with enterprise systems and ongoing AI initiatives.

• Provide insights and feedback regarding the onboarding experience.

• Foster relationships across various departments to grasp business challenges and identify AI opportunities.

• Develop an understanding of business operations and explore how AI can boost productivity.

• Create prototypes and proofs-of-concept for features powered by AI.

• Contribute to strategies for prompt engineering in business applications.

• Assist in the creation of AI-driven tools that are integrated with current workflow systems.

• Collaborate on projects involving AI model integration.

• Aid in the evaluation and benchmarking of AI performance against business KPIs and user satisfaction metrics.

• Present findings and work to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Work collaboratively with employees at all levels to understand and address AI-driven needs.

⛳️ Requirements

• A strong interest in applications of AI in enterprise settings.

• Familiarity with well-known LLMs like ChatGPT, Claude, or similar models.

• Knowledge of Python, Next.JS, Docker, and full-stack technologies.

• Basic understanding of prompt engineering principles.

• Proficiency in at least one programming language, with a preference for JavaScript.

• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment.

• Strong analytical skills and a keen attention to detail.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Understanding of business processes and enterprise software systems is advantageous.

• A self-starter who is comfortable navigating ambiguity.
