AI Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Create production-ready AI agents, state management systems, and workflows involving multiple agents.

• Integrate AI agents with enterprise tools, APIs, and external platforms through Model Context Protocol and structured function calls.

• Design and uphold high-performance RAG pipelines utilizing vector databases, semantic search, chunking, and grounding techniques.

• Conduct automated assessments, regression tests, task-success metrics, and implement safety measures.

• Protect against prompt injection and safeguard sensitive data.

• Deploy LLM applications on AWS utilizing Amazon Bedrock.

• Employ observability tools like LangSmith, Langtrace, or AgentOps to diagnose issues and enhance performance.

• Produce clean, maintainable, and testable Python code.

• Keep thorough technical documentation.

• Collaborate with senior engineers, MLOps teams, and product teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in software development.

• Direct, hands-on experience in developing LLM-based, RAG, or agentic AI applications.

• Proficient in advanced Python programming.

• Expert knowledge of AWS, including Amazon Bedrock.

• Familiarity with agentic frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, or ADK.

• Experience with vector databases like Pinecone or Weaviate.

• Understanding of Model Context Protocol (MCP).

• Practical experience in testing, evaluating, and monitoring LLM execution with LangSmith, Langtrace, or AgentOps.

• Strong sense of ownership and excellent analytical troubleshooting skills.

• Proficient in English, both written and spoken, is essential.
