Full-stack AI Developer Intern

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Complete the onboarding process and become well-versed with enterprise systems and ongoing AI initiatives.

• Offer insights regarding the onboarding experience.

• Foster relationships across various departments to identify business challenges and AI opportunities.

• Create prototypes and proofs of concept for features that enhance productivity and creativity through AI.

• Contribute to strategies for prompt engineering in business applications.

• Assist in developing AI-driven tools that are integrated with existing workflow systems.

• Collaborate on projects involving AI model integration to guarantee smooth user experiences.

• Assess and benchmark AI performance in relation to business KPIs and user satisfaction metrics.

• Present findings and work to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Simplify complex AI concepts for a variety of audiences.

• A strong passion for enterprise AI applications.

• Familiarity with well-known LLMs such as ChatGPT, Claude, or others.

• Knowledge of Python, Next.js, Docker, and full-stack technologies.

• Basic understanding of prompt engineering concepts.

• Proficiency in at least one programming language, with a preference for JavaScript.

• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced and rapidly evolving environment.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Ability to work independently and produce high-quality results.

• Capacity to engage directly with customers and users while clearly presenting work to stakeholders.
