Full-stack AI Developer Intern

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Complete the onboarding process and gain insights into enterprise systems and ongoing AI initiatives.

• Provide constructive feedback regarding the onboarding experience.

• Foster relationships across various departments to identify business challenges and AI opportunities.

• Understand business operations and explore how AI can enhance productivity.

• Create prototypes and proofs-of-concept for AI-driven productivity and creativity features.

• Contribute to strategies for prompt engineering in business applications.

• Assist in developing AI tools that integrate seamlessly with existing workflow systems.

• Collaborate on projects involving AI model integration to ensure a smooth user experience across platforms.

• Help evaluate and benchmark AI performance against business KPIs and user satisfaction metrics.

• Present findings and work to stakeholders, translating complex AI concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Work collaboratively with employees at all levels to understand and address AI-driven needs.

• Design AI solutions that empower and uplift the workforce.

⛳️ Requirements

• A strong interest in enterprise AI applications.

• Familiarity with popular large language models (LLMs) such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar.

• Knowledge of Python, Next.js, Docker, and full-stack technologies.

• Basic understanding of prompt engineering principles.

• Proficiency in at least one programming language, with a preference for JavaScript.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and rapidly evolving environment.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Self-motivated individual comfortable with ambiguity.

• Passion for artificial intelligence, generative AI, and large language models.
