This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.
β’ Oversee the entire journey for EMEA clients
β’ Handle the initial setup, platform configuration, and training sessions
β’ Enhance user engagement and track platform adoption metrics
β’ Recognize opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
β’ Define, document, and refine the EMEA Onboarding and Customer Success processes.
β’ Proficiency in English and Portuguese
β’ Demonstrated experience in managing EMEA B2B SaaS clients
β’ Valuable experience with Enterprise accounts
β’ Confident, proactive, and capable of challenging clients
β’ Process-driven with a constructive mindset
β’ Flexible to manage both complex and smaller accounts.
