πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Oversee the entire journey for EMEA clients

β€’ Handle the initial setup, platform configuration, and training sessions

β€’ Enhance user engagement and track platform adoption metrics

β€’ Recognize opportunities for upselling and cross-selling

β€’ Define, document, and refine the EMEA Onboarding and Customer Success processes.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ Proficiency in English and Portuguese

β€’ Demonstrated experience in managing EMEA B2B SaaS clients

β€’ Valuable experience with Enterprise accounts

β€’ Confident, proactive, and capable of challenging clients

β€’ Process-driven with a constructive mindset

β€’ Flexible to manage both complex and smaller accounts.
