This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.
• Comprehensive Ownership: Oversee the entire journey for our EMEA clients.
• Seamless Onboarding: Coordinate the initial setup, platform configuration, and training sessions.
• Strategic Account Oversight: Enhance user engagement, track platform adoption metrics, and conduct strategic reviews with key stakeholders to ensure return on investment.
• Growth & Retention: Spot upselling and cross-selling opportunities (new modules, additional users) and take proactive measures to prevent churn.
• Develop the Playbook: Establish, document, and refine our EMEA Onboarding and Customer Success processes from the ground up.
• Proficiency in English & Portuguese is essential.
• Demonstrated experience managing B2B SaaS clients in the EMEA region.
• Experience with Enterprise accounts is highly regarded.
• Mindset & Soft Skills: You are assertive, proactive, and willing to challenge clients or urge them to meet implementation deadlines.
• Process-oriented: You possess a builder mentality and enjoy creating order from uncertainty.
• Adaptable: You thrive in the complexities of an Enterprise account but are also willing to get hands-on with smaller accounts.
