This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Research & Lead Generation: Discover potential clients and create prospect databases, Evaluate market trends and opportunities in Spain.
• Cold Outreach & Engagement: Execute high-volume cold calls and outreach initiatives, Start conversations and cultivate interest in services.
• Qualification & Sales Process Management: Conduct discovery calls to assess client needs, Oversee and maintain a well-structured sales pipeline.
• Closing Deals: Deliver customized marketing solutions, Negotiate pricing and secure new business opportunities.
• Native or fluent in Spanish along with strong proficiency in English.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in full-cycle B2B sales.
• Proven experience in selling digital marketing or lead generation services (REQUIRED).
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
• Capability to work autonomously in a remote setting.
• A consistent record of meeting or surpassing sales targets.
• Fixed Base Salary (Paid Monthly) structured as a fixed base, calculated internally based on an hourly model depending on the month length.
• Uncapped Commission.
• Commission is performance-based and linked to closed deals.
