This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malaysia.
• Lead a team of exceptional recruiters and sourcers while enhancing our Talent Acquisition efforts.
• Proactively expand our business by attracting high-quality clients.
• Collaborate with clients to gain a comprehensive understanding of their strategic and financial goals, as well as their hiring requirements in the role of Senior Key Account Manager.
• Create and tailor hiring processes to align with the specific needs of each position.
• Draft and revise job descriptions and specifications as needed.
• Identify and recruit candidates using various platforms, including databases and social media.
• Present shortlisted candidates along with detailed summaries of their profiles.
• Provide support and facilitate the negotiation process until its successful conclusion.
• Work in partnership with hiring managers and offer training when necessary.
• Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
• Contribute to the continuous development and change management initiatives within the company.
• Enhance the company's reputation as an excellent workplace.
• Over 5 years of demonstrated experience as a Senior Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Partner, preferably within a staffing agency or recruitment consultancy.
• Proven track record of effectively leading teams of senior recruiters and sourcers as a Team Leader.
• Strong hunter mentality with a history of acquiring quality clients through business development efforts.
• In-depth knowledge of a specific area of expertise, including market conditions, trends, and best practices.
• Comprehensive understanding of sourcing techniques, such as social media recruiting and Boolean search strategies.
• Practical experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and candidate databases.
• Exceptional data-driven communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Capability to prioritize effectively, take initiative, and be proactive in your approach.
