Full-Cycle Recruiter – Sourcing Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Actively seek out and recruit candidates utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search methods, and other sourcing tools.

• Evaluate and qualify candidates based on clearly defined job requirements.

• Handle multiple active positions concurrently while ensuring effective pipeline organization.

• Work closely with Account Managers to clarify job specifications and ensure efficient process flow.

• Keep candidate pipelines current and accurate within the ATS (Workable or similar).

• Provide consistent, high-quality placements in a dynamic environment.

• This position focuses on high-volume sourcing and matching; you will not manage client relationships, as our Account Managers oversee all client communication and briefing.

• Your primary goal is straightforward: act swiftly, pinpoint the right talent, and deliver strong matches reliably. If you seek a conventional 360 recruitment role with client ownership, this position may not align with your expectations.

• Demonstrated experience as a recruiter in a high-volume or agency setting.

• Strong expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced Boolean search techniques.

• Familiarity with Workable or a similar ATS.

• Capability to manage multiple roles and pipelines concurrently without sacrificing quality.

• Comfortable working from structured briefs without direct client engagement.

• Highly organized, self-driven, and able to work independently in a remote environment.

• Excellent communication and candidate management abilities.
