This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Lead a team of exceptional recruiters and sourcers while enhancing our Talent Acquisition efforts.
• Proactively expand our business by acquiring high-quality clients.
• Collaborate with customers to gain a comprehensive understanding of their strategic and financial goals, as well as their hiring needs in the role of Senior Key Account Manager.
• Create and tailor hiring processes according to the specific requirements of each position.
• Develop and revise job descriptions and specifications.
• Identify and attract candidates using various platforms, including databases and social media.
• Present shortlisted candidates along with detailed profile summaries.
• Provide support and facilitate the negotiation process until its conclusion.
• Work together with hiring managers and offer training as necessary.
• Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
• Contribute to ongoing development and change management within the organization.
• Enhance the company’s reputation as an excellent workplace.
• Over 5 years of demonstrated experience as a Senior Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Partner, ideally in a staffing agency or recruitment consultancy.
• Proven track record of successfully managing teams of senior recruiters and sourcers as a Team Leader.
• A proactive, hunter mentality with a history of acquiring quality clients through business development.
• In-depth knowledge of a specific area of expertise, including market conditions, trends, and best practices.
• Strong understanding of sourcing techniques, such as social media recruiting and Boolean search.
• Practical experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and candidate databases.
• Exceptional data-driven communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Capability to prioritize effectively, be proactive, and demonstrate initiative.
