This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pakistan.
• Oversee a team of exceptional recruiters and sourcers to enhance our Talent Acquisition efforts.
• Proactively expand our business by acquiring high-quality clients.
• Collaborate with clients to gain a comprehensive understanding of their strategic goals, financial objectives, and hiring requirements as a Senior Key Account Manager.
• Tailor and design hiring processes according to the specific needs of each position.
• Create and revise job descriptions and specifications to meet current demands.
• Identify and recruit candidates utilizing databases, social media, and other resources.
• Present shortlisted candidates along with detailed summaries of their profiles.
• Provide guidance and support throughout the negotiation process until its conclusion.
• Work alongside hiring managers to offer training as required.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through networking.
• Contribute to the company's ongoing development and change management initiatives.
• Enhance the company’s image as an excellent workplace.
• A minimum of 5 years of demonstrated experience as a Senior Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Partner, preferably in a staffing agency or recruitment consultancy.
• Proven track record of successfully leading teams of senior recruiters and sourcers in a Team Leader role.
• A proactive, hunter mentality with a history of securing quality clients through business development efforts.
• Extensive knowledge in a relevant area of expertise, including market trends, status, and best practices.
• Strong understanding of sourcing techniques, such as social media recruiting and Boolean search methods.
• Practical experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and candidate databases.
• Excellent data-driven communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Capable of prioritizing tasks effectively, being proactive, and demonstrating initiative.
