This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.
• Leverage diverse recruitment channels to source, identify, and attract prospective candidates for remote Business Associates positions.
• Assess resumes and applications, perform initial screenings, and facilitate interview scheduling.
• Analyze candidates’ qualifications, experience, and fit for remote business assistant roles.
• Conduct comprehensive interviews to evaluate candidates’ skills, competencies, and cultural alignment.
• Collaborate with the CEO and Team Leads to comprehend their staffing requirements.
• Create tailored job descriptions and specifications for specific Business Associates roles.
• Ensure a positive experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Keep accurate records of candidate details.
• 1-2 years of applicable full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Specialization in administrative, operations, business, or generalist roles.
• Proficiency in English at an Upper-Intermediate (B2+) level or above.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
• Exceptional interviewing and evaluation skills.
• Engage with complex hiring processes.
• Work in close collaboration with Team Leads and the CEO.
• Influence hiring decisions.
• Recruit for impactful, US-based startups.
• Be part of a small, collaborative team.
