This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Oversee recruitment activities autonomously, from sourcing to coordinating with candidates.

• Identify, source, and engage suitable candidates through a variety of recruitment channels.

• Collaborate closely with clients in the UK to grasp their hiring needs.

• Manage multiple roles across various functions and industries.

• Perform candidate screening and initial evaluations.

• Ensure clear and timely communication with both candidates and clients.

• Provide consistent updates regarding recruitment progress and candidate pipelines.

• Develop and sustain robust talent pools for ongoing and future hiring requirements.

• Demonstrated experience as a Recruiter, ideally with a background in supporting UK clients.

• Comprehensive end-to-end recruitment experience.

• Generalist recruitment expertise across diverse roles or industries.

• Exceptional skills in sourcing and identifying candidates.

• Capable of working independently and effectively managing priorities.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.

• Strong skills in stakeholder and candidate management.

• Comfortable engaging with UK-based clients and adapting to their recruitment methodologies.

• Self-reliant, resourceful, and confident in delivering recruitment solutions.

• Ability to take ownership of vacancies and proactively seek candidates.
