Full-Cycle Recruiter – Agency

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the entire recruitment process, which includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, and finalizing candidates.

• Execute high-volume outbound sourcing via platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, and other alternative channels.

• Establish and uphold a steady pipeline of qualified candidates for various positions.

• Innovate sourcing strategies and identify candidates through unconventional methods.

• Assess candidates using structured screening frameworks, incorporating expertise in Boolean search techniques.

• Oversee candidate communications and foster engagement throughout the hiring journey.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to grasp role specifications and recruitment priorities.

• Monitor recruitment metrics and refine processes to enhance both the speed and quality of hires.

• Skillfully manage offer negotiations and effectively close candidates.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in agency recruitment (essential).

• Proven success in high-volume sourcing and placements.

• Strong proficiency in Boolean search and advanced sourcing methodologies.

• Established capability to independently source candidates without depending on inbound applications.

• Experience in managing multiple roles concurrently in a dynamic environment.

• Strong closing abilities to convert candidates into successful hires.

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Familiarity with ATS or CRM systems and various recruitment tools.

• Self-driven, target-oriented, and highly organized.
