Fulfillment Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Carolina.

📋 Description

• Oversee our daily fulfillment processes within the United States.

• Address any issues that may arise, such as discrepancies between purchase orders and actual shipments, stock shortages, returns, etc.

• Release sales orders to the warehouse and manage tracking updates.

• Maintain daily communication with our third-party logistics (3PL) partner in Atlanta to ensure precise receiving, storage, and outbound processing.

• Monitor and evaluate 3PL performance (e.g., picking accuracy, receiving lead times, returns handling) to ensure warehouse operators meet expectations and contractual obligations.

• Resolve deviations and track corrective actions with the warehouse.

• Engage in cost analysis and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure our operations are both efficient and cost-effective.

• Lead system setup and respond to error logs and discrepancies.

• Assist colleagues in the Supply Chain department with their tasks to manage workload balance and cover during absences.

• Oversee inventory accuracy and the annual stock-count process.

• Manage returns and claims effectively.

• Monitor and communicate with transport providers regarding daily operations for both the US and Canada.

• Collaborate with logistics providers to enhance shipping solutions.

• Support customer service teams with delivery-related issues, delays, or claims.

• Offer logistics knowledge and assist internal stakeholders with shipment bookings and customs clearance when necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or business.

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in supply chain/logistics, ideally within the e-commerce, retail, or interior/fashion sectors.

• Strong understanding of 3PL warehouse operations and performance metrics.

• Proficient in Microsoft Business Central and possess advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.

• Fluent in English; additional languages are advantageous.
