Fulfillment Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Process internal orders for fulfillment through various vendors

• May also take on customer engagement associate duties depending on the size and scope of the product/portfolio

• Conduct inbound and outbound phone calls

• Ensure accurate data entry and adherence to proper workflows

• Perform ongoing account maintenance

• Handle customer service escalation and management

• Carry out additional duties as assigned or necessary

⛳️ Requirements

• Shift: 8:30am - 5pm CST

• Capability to excel in a fast-paced environment

• Proficient in navigating multiple platforms

• Comfortable and adaptable when working with technology and learning new software and systems

• Strong passion for assisting others and problem-solving

• Must be at least 18 years of age

• A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a call center, customer service, or a similar role is preferred

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred

• Experience in data entry within the healthcare industry is a plus!
