
Fueling Operations Support Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Analyze and troubleshoot fueling systems while developing comprehensive repair or replacement solutions for clients.
• Ensure that work order timelines and priorities are adhered to by utilizing the work order management system.
• Provide clear, effective, and consistent updates to customers, databases, and stakeholders.
• Create processes and tools aimed at proactively preventing Notices of Violation.
• Address customer service requirements related to Notices of Violation and ensure that facility compliance schedules are adhered to.
• Identify and proactively mitigate potential compliance issues, escalating for legal compliance assistance when necessary.
• Obtain, review, and authorize repair quotes.
• Assist with construction and capital projects under the supervision of an environmental project engineer.
• Generate ad-hoc reports and construct basic reports by utilizing information from various systems and databases.
• Monitor and report on individual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Develop and support policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), procedures, Best Management Practices (BMPs), and other relevant materials.
• Be prepared to work weekends, extend hours, or modify work schedules as required to fulfill business needs.
• Undertake additional duties as assigned.
• High school diploma or GED is mandatory.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field is preferred.
• A minimum of five (5) years of experience in fuel system management, facility maintenance, or environmental compliance is required.
• One (1) to three (3) years of direct responsibility for building customer relationships is necessary.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders, contractors, and customers.
• Capacity to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong technical knowledge in electronics and/or mechanical systems, particularly downstream fueling systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot entire systems rather than just individual components.
• Advanced understanding of communication and language for fostering positive customer experiences.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially in using Excel pivot tables.
• Extensive knowledge of downstream fueling systems and associated fueling equipment.
• Commitment to acquiring knowledge, completing ongoing training, and/or maintaining 2 to 3 relevant certifications such as compliance-related, ICC, AB Operator, Gasboy, INCON, FFP, Six Sigma, or Project Management.
• Willingness to work weekends, extend hours, and/or adjust work schedules as necessary.
• Ability to travel between 1% and 10% of the time.
