Fuel Hardware Solutions Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Monitor market trends specific to segments, analyze customer purchasing behaviors, and keep an eye on competitors to inform the product marketing strategy and assist capture teams.

• Evaluate and analyze the market for the product offerings.

• Execute business cases aligned with the Product Strategy to enhance WEC market share by delivering customer value within the segment.

• Collaborate with Product Management to close the loop on Business Cases and validate actual outcomes.

• Clearly communicate and implement the Value Selling Proposition.

• Contribute to product roadmaps by providing customer insights on timing and pricing, participating in New Product Introduction (NPI) gate reviews, and ensuring that the time to market aligns with industry feedback.

• Oversee market considerations for new product development.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field is required.

• At least 10 years of significant and demonstrated technical leadership experience in the nuclear industry is required.

• Ability to gather and analyze information, assess alternatives, and make informed decisions.
