This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Oversee the Sales Process by implementing Conceptual Selling for mutually beneficial business outcomes.
• Track sales metrics, including forecasting precision, Orders Entered (OE), Sales, EBITDA, and Margin as sold (MAS).
• Cultivate and manage Customer relationships, serving as the Voice of the Customer within WEC and the primary interface for the Customer.
• Comprehend Customer requirements, pinpoint business opportunities, contribute to business planning, and maintain records in D365 for both short- and long-term strategies.
• Manage partnerships by fostering and sustaining productive and harmonious relationships with collaborators.
• Collaborate with Fuel Solutions Managers to pinpoint unique products or core/fuel engineering solutions that surpass Customer expectations.
• Maintain the fuel manufacturing, core/fuel engineering, and control rod blade-specific components of the Customer Account Plan.
• Formulate opportunity-specific Capture Plans.
• Establish Target Price/Value Price and Target Cost.
• Guide the offer process and articulate the Value Proposition.
• A Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field.
• Over 7 years of experience in sales, business, engineering, or operations with increasing levels of complexity and responsibility.
• Demonstrated commercial effectiveness, strong negotiation capabilities, and extensive product knowledge.
• Familiarity with financial metrics, including the relationship between sales, margin, and OE, along with the ability to generate financial plans that positively impact margin/EBITDA.
• A collaborative mindset with teamwork abilities, capable of leading a team to success.
• Skill in absorbing complex information and distilling it into key points for use in discussions, negotiations, and strategic planning.
