This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +9 more states.
• Conduct onsite FSSC 22000, BRCGS, and/or SQF audits for clients across North America.
• Ensure prompt and precise evaluations of customer corrective actions and closures.
• Deliver timely, comprehensive, and accurate reports detailing customers' compliance levels or the execution of their management systems.
• Log and communicate audit activities and outcomes effectively.
• Engage directly with clients at various management levels.
• Oversee the scheduling of audit activities.
• Sustain appropriate auditor credentials and seek further advancement of those and related certifications as necessary.
• Play a role in the growth and enhancement of a top-tier, industry-leading audit delivery team.
• Bachelor's degree in a food-related or bioscience field.
• Two (2) years of full-time experience in the food industry or a related field.
• Valid Lead Auditor certification for FSSC 22000 Food Safety Management Systems, with required approvals for categories CIV and K.
• Capable of lifting and carrying up to 10 lbs, along with handling personal luggage for multi-day travel, and performing physical movements such as pushing, pulling, reaching, bending, twisting, stooping, and kneeling.
• Able to walk and stand for durations of up to four (4) hours and navigate multiple levels of client locations via stairs or elevators.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 100% of the time.
• Must have a valid driver's license and the capacity to rent and operate a vehicle, as well as use public transportation when necessary.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Undergo pre-employment drug and background screening.
• Current ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification is preferred.
• Current Lead Auditor certification for BRCGS or SQF is preferred.
