This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.
• Develop responsive applications leveraging Next.js, React, and TypeScript.
• Convert Figma designs into clean, reusable, and pixel-perfect components.
• Deliver production-ready features with a keen focus on quality and user experience.
• Create responsive landing pages, high-performance storefronts, SEO-optimized applications, and enhancements for Core Web Vitals.
• Construct provider dashboards, patient portals, intricate forms, workflows, and secure healthcare interfaces.
• Develop chat interfaces, streaming AI responses, AI-supported clinical workflows, and conversational UI components.
• Assemble shared component libraries, reusable UI patterns, responsive layouts, accessible interfaces, and animations.
• Utilize AI tools like Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar to expedite development.
• Leverage LLMs to generate boilerplate code, enhance code quality, write tests, and accelerate iteration.
• Design fast, responsive interfaces optimized for Core Web Vitals.
• Enhance page performance, bundle size, and overall loading experience.
• Ensure consistent performance across various browsers and devices.
• Develop maintainable client-side state using contemporary React patterns.
• Integrate frontend applications with REST APIs and real-time services.
• Establish reliable user experiences for complex forms and asynchronous workflows.
• Write maintainable and testable code.
• Engage in code reviews and technical discussions.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, backend engineers, and quality assurance teams.
• Continuously enhance frontend architecture and engineering methodologies.
• Adhere to secure development practices.
• Assist in building interfaces that comply with HIPAA and SOC2 standards.
• Ensure the proper management of sensitive patient information.
• 2–4 years of professional experience in frontend development.
• Strong proficiency with React and Next.js.
• Solid understanding of TypeScript.
• In-depth knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
• Experience with Tailwind CSS.
• Capability to create responsive, accessible interfaces.
• Proven experience implementing designs from Figma.
• Familiarity with one or more modern state management libraries, such as TanStack Query, Zustand, or Redux Toolkit.
• Understanding of Core Web Vitals, lazy loading, image optimization, rendering basics, and fundamental caching strategies.
• Regular use of AI development tools like Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude, or ChatGPT.
• Comfort with utilizing AI to boost productivity while upholding high engineering standards.
• Professional-level English communication skills.
• Availability to work during U.S. business hours.
